THE NEWSPAPERS
Our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, suggests to the Christian Scientists all over the globe that they subscribe for the leading newspapers which speak justly of Christian Science and its followers at this time. We feel sure that our readers will gladly do this.
THE JUNE MAGAZINES
Articles on Christian Science appear in the July issue of Cosmopolitan, Human Life, The Arena (Trenton, N. J.). American Queen (New York city), and Fine Arts Journal (Chicago). We commend these magazines to Christian Scientists for circulation among their friends.
AN ANONYMOUS COMMUNICATION
On June 29 some person mailed from Rochester, N. Y., several hundred copies of an anonymous communication which sought to array Christian Science against another form of religion. This was not only a breach of brotherly love and kindness, but also a misrepresentation of the teachings of Christian Science and of the attitude of this denomination toward other churches; therefore we now state, in behalf of the Church of Christ, Scientist, that the communication was not authorized, approved, or sent out by this Church.
