A little more than a year ago I was led to try Christian Science for the healing of extreme nervousness, resulting from an affliction of eighteen years' standing which three severe surgical operations and five months' hospital treatment had failed to cure. After one month's treatment by a Science practitioner I was greatly benefited but not entirely healed. Thinking that I could complete the demonstration, I discharged the practitioner, but after a few months I called for further help, and at the end of six weeks was perfectly healed.

Since learning of this religion of Love I do not know how I ever lived so many years without it. Although I was a member and an active worker in an orthodox church the religion it taught was never satisfying to me. During the last year I have had many beautiful proofs of God's power to heal and to bless His children, and I am indeed grateful to our Father, and to our dear Leader, for the complete, saving gospel originally preached by Christ Jesus.
