Words cannot possibly express the joy and comfort that has come to me through the demonstration and teaching of Christian Science. I can say with unspeakable gratitude, that whereas I was sick, sad, sorrowful, and had a most disagreeable disposition, now I am strong and well, physically, mentally, and spiritually. I am happy to be able to "rejoice all the rugged way" (Miscellaneous Writings, p. 398), and learn the beautiful lesson of meekness and patience. I thank God for our dear Leader, who has taught us that we are children of light and not of darkness, and that our God is ever present and lovingly and tenderly answers our prayers.
