Words cannot express my gratitude to God for Christian Science
Words cannot express my gratitude to God for Christian Science. The effects of accidental poisoning were overcome for my wife through the understanding of Truth. One day I received a message that she was dying. When I reached home I found her in a terrible condition. A Christian Science practitioner soon arrived and began treatment, with the result that in a short time the spasms became less violent and farther apart. The Scientist remained an hour and a half, and after her departure my wife went to sleep and rested all night. In a few days she had entirely recovered, and has never felt any ill effects from the poison since.
I give thanks to God, and to Mrs. Eddy for the blessings that have been bestowed on us through the understanding of Christian Science.—W. J. Jewell, Fitzgerald, Ga.
