Mrs. Eddy, the author of the Christian Science text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," affirms that it is the divine MInd alone that heals, and inasmuch as God is the only healer it is the realizing prayer of His omnipotence, omnipresence, and omniscience that overcomes sickness and sin. The student therefore who has the clearest and highest sense of this grand fact is best qualified to heal the sick, and he who in the largest degree dispossesses himself of human will and overcomes all sin in his own consciousness meets with the most success in the healing of both physical ills and moral depravity. As multitudes have been healed perfectly and permanently of disease and sin through Christian Science when all other means had failed, and have also been uplifted spiritually by its teachings, any assertions or insinuations to the contrary will have little weight with the large majority of well-informed people at this day and hour.
