[The following letter to Mrs. Eddy from Mr. Davis, the editor of the book above referred to, will prove interesting to our readers and we are glad to give it prominence in our columns, dealing as it does with topics of world-wide interest.—Editor.]

Beloved Leader:—You will doubtless be interested to hear of the following way in which your efforts are bearing fruit. On the day that the Peace of Portsmouth was announced in Europe, a delegation from the United States Congress proposed to delegates from eighteen other National Parliaments, the creation of a Permanent International Parliament, as a step toward introducing a reign of law in international affairs so as to give to the people of all countries as great a measure of justice and peace as human governments can supply.
