The Lectures

It is with deep gratitude that we write concerning the two lectures delivered by Judge Septimus J. Hanna, both of which were given under the joint auspices of First and Second Churches of Christ, London.

At the first lecture, given on May 12, audience was a large one and listened with great interest to the conclusive arguments of the lecturer, which must have dispelled most of the false conceptions previously entertained about Christian Science.

On May 30. even larger numbers came to hear Judge Hanna's second lecture. On this occasion the lecturer was ably introduced by the Earl of Dunmore, and again the audience listened with marked attention.
