We agree with the critic that the argument "that there is no such thing as feeling, tasting, or smelling, except in the imagination of persons, is all bosh." Christian Science does not teach any such absurdity, though the uninformed may think it does. What Mrs. Eddy does say is this, "Mind alone possesses all faculties, perception, and comprehension; therefore mental endowments are not at the mercy of organization and decomposition" (Science and Health, p. 488). Remembering that by Mind, Christian Science means God, who will deny that in Him in whom "we live, and move, and have our being," are all faculties, and that they are immortal?
