A Wednesday Evening Meeting at Camden, Me.
At First Church of Christ, Scientist, Camden, Me., the following interesting testimonies were given Wednesday evening, April 2.
A lady testified that she was in need of help and opened to this passage in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker G. Eddy. "The good you do and embody gives you the only power obtainable." Evil which had seemed to manifest itself was quickly overcome, bringing great happiness.
The next speaker told of her little granddaughter dropping a flatiron on her foot. The little one had only a slipper on. At first she began to cry and then she commenced to declare the Truth with her grandmother. In a few minutes she went across the way to her home. In half an hour her grandmother telephoned to see how she was getting along, and found her busy playing. She is always very happy after a demonstration and manifests it by singing.
