It is with a heart full of gratitude, that I give a testimonial of what Christian Science has done for us. By so doing I trust that I may give a cup of cold water in Christ's name to all those who hunger and thirst for the glorious light of Truth.

Christian Science has revealed the God whom I worshiped as a far-away, personal Deity, to be an ever-present help in trouble,—keeping, animating, guiding us with the divine Spirit,—Life, Truth, and Love.

We came to Christian Science in March, 1902, and in May a man asked me to give his family and himself employment in my prune orchard. I had heard of the immoral reputation of his family, heard that they had created trouble last year and had been expelled from an orchard, and I considered it wisest not to hire him.
