Hope Set Before Us

If for Good we fain would labor,
Striving well to do our part,
We must pluck the weeds of envy
From the garden of our heart.

We must plant the seeds of kindness,
Strew them broadcast as we go;
Never give a thought to selfward,
We shall reap as now we sow.

Little band of faithful workers
Never fear shall overwhelm;
With Love's beacon light before us,
And our Mother at the helm.
