Prayer power

My constant prayer—
“Thy kingdom come”—
echoes the heart’s desire
to know the nowness of God’s harmony.
It causes me to contemplate
the realm of Mind—
as boundless as infinity,
as intimate as a thought.
It enthrones Deity,
kneeling before Truth’s omniscience
and yielding every thought and act
to His mandate.
It places all in Love’s care—
dissolving doubts,
erasing fears—
and finds a forever haven in Him.
It shifts thought from self to Soul,
brings healing to light—
gently, irresistibly, inevitably—
as I awake in Love’s embrace.
Such is the power of prayer.
