The talent show
When I was at the talent show in my school I was excited. When it was my turn, I got so nervous. But when I got on stage and sat down at the piano, I played my pieces and I was happy I was playing my songs.
I got the nervousness out by listening to God. God told me to play my beautiful songs in front of all those people. I listened carefully to what God said. The things that I thought about were joyful thoughts and supreme thoughts, and those thoughts helped me do a wonderful job at the talent show. It seemed hard at first, but I made it easy because I listened to God’s thoughts, and He spoke the truth to me.
It makes me happy knowing God is right here, all day and all night. God never goes away. He is everywhere I look and everywhere I don’t look. God created me to make pretty music and creative art work and to do athletic stuff, like cool flips on the trampoline. God created me to do all kinds of wonderful stuff!
