I remember one of my first healings in Christian Science
I remember one of my first healings in Christian Science. There suddenly appeared on one of my fingers a very bothersome and painful condition.
Very soon the condition became so aggravated that it prevented me from doing my daily chores in a normal manner. I had to bandage my hands. When my parents and other family members became aware of the problem, they urged me to go to a doctor immediately. I was reluctant to do this because I had already begun to understand something about Christian Science, but I have to admit that I was afraid. I thought that perhaps the condition was too serious for the small understanding of Christian Science that I believed I had. Thus it was that I turned to a doctor, who, when she saw my hands, threw up her hands and ordered a very strong treatment for me. She told me that I had very severe eczema.
