If you need a helping hand,
Or a solid place to stand,
You can know God's always there.
He is the One who truly cares.
Whatever it is He has to say,
You can hear it and obey.
No matter what you've said or done,
God is the all-forgiving One.
Through every obstacle in life,
He will carry you, safe from strife.
Know in Him there is no pain—
That's where you are and will remain.
If it seems you slip and fall,
He is there before you call.
God is with you wherever you are—
And He is our best friend by far!
