"A letter to grown-ups"
Many children's books today show how an understanding of God enriches family life. One of them is Emma & Mommy Talk to God by Marianne Williamson (HarperCollins), with illustrations by Julia Noonan.
Ms. Williamson is an author, philosopher, and lecturer who is well known for her books A Return to Love, A Woman's Worth, and Illuminata. She says that she hopes the conversations with her daughter Emma will be a support for parents as well as children, and in the book she includes this letter to grown-ups:
