We are each important
Christian Science explains that the source of all the qualities and talents that produce true success is God, the one perfect Mind. Not a single individual who has ever made a significant contribution to the world originated the qualities that forwarded his achievements. Such a one consciously or unconsciously displayed to a conspicuous extent his spiritual nature as the unlimited child of God. For man is not really an inadequate mortal. He is forever at one with the divine Mind as God's expression, reflecting His unlimited intelligence, wisdom, and dominion.
Here in what we call the human realm there appear to be inequities, but in truth as God's expressions we are all equally and abundantly endowed with abilities and graces of infinite diversity, reflecting in individual ways the many-faceted nature of God. Divine Love, the perfect creator, does not give powers and abilities to one and withhold from another.
Think of it. Not a single one of us lacks the God-given potential for high accomplishment and excellence!
