Recently I had my carefully ordered priorities rearranged in a completely unexpected manner. The result was a physical healing and a better understanding of man's true relationship to God.
One morning as I prepared to go to a Sunday service in our branch Church of Christ, Scientist, I noticed that a rash had developed all over my feet and hands and on the inside of my mouth. This condition grew more painful as the day wore on, even though I had begun to treat myself through prayer. The upcoming week was to be a busy one for me: an important business meeting was planned for two days at the end of it, where I was to be one of the central figures; and a long-awaited visit from some family members would follow on the weekend. I had planned each of my activities for the earlier part of the week very carefully so as to be fully prepared for my responsibilities during the latter part of the week. I felt I did not have time to deal with any kind of interruption in this hectic schedule!
