When Klaus moved
[Original in German]
Have you ever moved into a new house or apartment? Moving is exciting. There's a lot going on and many interesting changes.
Klaus moved with his parents into a beautiful new building. They were all happy with their new rooms, new surroundings, new neighbors. But suddenly Klaus became afraid—a new school! He had loved his old school and his teacher and friends. When he thought about the new school, his fear got bigger and bigger. And then all at once vacation was over, and he had to get ready for his new class.
What would the children be like? Perhaps they would tease him or make fun of him. Then he remembered the best way to help himself, the way he had learned in Sunday School. He began to pray, thinking of the Lord's Prayer that Christ Jesus gave us: See Matt. 6:9-13; "Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come."
