My heart is full of gratitude for the teachings of Christian Science, as discovered and given to the world by Mrs. Eddy.

My mother was healed in Science of a disease called incurable by the doctors, who, after an exploratory operation, gave her only three weeks to live. Since her healing during my early years of high school, I have studied and made an effort to practice Science.

At first a few years in a Christian Science Sunday School fed my hunger for more of this beautiful Science. Then college and marriage and a family gave me constant opportunity to use what I was learning. I could never list completely the many healings accomplished since, through the prayers of Christian Science practitioners and those of my husband and myself. I can bear joyful witness here to only a few.
