It is with a heart full of joy and gratitude that I submit this testimony to the healing efficacy of Christian Science.

Active membership in The Mother Church and a branch church has challenged me to look deeper into Mrs. Eddy's purpose in establishing the church organization. It has brought healing, comfort, and a growing sense of God's constant care.

A number of years ago the main stone of my engagement ring fell out while I was participating in strenuous activity in a large auditorium. While others searched for the stone at the close of the evening, I returned home to quiet my thought. Upon my opening Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy to page 347, these words arrested my thought: "Is it error which is restoring an essential element of Christianity,—namely, apostolic, divine healing? No; it is the Science of Christianity which is restoring it, and is the light shining in darkness, which the darkness comprehends not." My thought was filled with gratitude for all the healings we had known in our family through the light of spiritual understanding Science gives of God.
