Healing through feeling God's love for man

God's dear love for His creation realized and felt is a powerful healing influence. It eliminates fear from the human mind and brings to light the consciousness of the spiritual affluence and loveliness that belong to every one of His offspring by right of divine law.

A physical symptom of disease proclaims to human thought that there is a place where God's love for man does not reach, or a situation in which the divine Principle of man's being does not love him. But Christian Science shows that disease is a false suggestion. God's love for man is always present everywhere, and Science demonstrates that this love is always expressed in healthy conditions— even where a disease may seem to be.

Referring to the indissoluble unity of God and man and the power of divine Principle to maintain His perfect, spiritual idea, Mrs. Eddy writes, "This is the Father's great Love that He hath bestowed upon us, and it holds man in endless Life and one eternal round of harmonious being."^{ Miscellaneous Writings, p. 77.}
