I have laid help upon one that is mighty (Ps. 89:19)
Many scholars contend that instead of the Hebrew form 'zr (help) we should use the closely similar term nzr (crown), and this would indeed appear to clarify the thought, since the writer goes on to say, "I have exalted one chosen out of the people," a clause that forms a natural parallel to the crowning of the mighty one.
The Lord on high is mightier than the noise of many waters, yea, than the mighty waves of the sea (Ps. 93:4)
