RADIO PROGRAM NO. 394 - Helping Hold Crime in Check

[The speaker is Jack Krieger. The questioner is Ron Clifford.]

Questioner: One can hardly pick up a newspaper or listen to a broadcast without being reminded of the rising rate of crime, particularly organized crime. Many people are concerned about what narcotic peddling, prostitution, illegal gambling, loan-sharking, and so forth are doing to our society. People wonder what we as individuals can do about it.

Speaker: Well, first of all, can't we acknowledge that something can be done and that concerned individuals—people who really care about justice, law, and order— have an active contribution to make? Then we can rely on our total resources for doing whatever needs to be done.
