Are You Wearing a Mask?

[For children]

Halloween masks are fun. With them you can pretend to be anybody you wish. You can be a scowling pirate or a mean witch or a sad-faced clown.

On Halloween night when orange pumpkins glow in windows, you run out in the darkness and ring your neighbor's doorbell. How surprised he is when a pirate, a witch, or a clown shouts, "Trick or treat!"

"Why, who are you?" he asks, dropping a piece of candy into your bag.
