From an editorial in The Daily Journal Caracas, Venezuela
A Venezuelan physician, Dr. Fernando Adarmes Perez, has uttered a truth that ought to be published far and wide; during a recent medical conference, he affirmed that physicians treat illnesses but they do not treat people.
There are exceptions of course. But Dr. Adarmes' cry in the wilderness is a cry of truth.
