I have found in Christian Science the religion that teaches that God is Love. If we apply the teachings of Christian Science correctly, it satisfies our physical, financial, and spiritual needs. In Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures Mary Baker Eddy writes (p. 494), "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need."

When my husband was ill ten years ago, we asked a doctor for help. He found an injury to the spine and said my husband should go to the hospital immediately for an operation. The same day, in our great need, a Christian Scientist, like a guardian angel, came to us. She brought a copy of The Herald of Christian Science (German Edition) and a copy of Science and Health with her. She said, "You must read this. It is what you need, and you will get well."

At the same time she gave us some explanation of Christian Science and shared some of her experience. As we were alone, we immediately began to read and said, "If what is written here is so, we don't need any material help." We therefore thanked the doctor and dismissed him.
