Christ Is Coming to You
Have you knowingly experienced the coming of the Christ in your life? Do you realize that each time a redemptive, spiritual truth comes to you the Christ is appearing with its exalting power? This coming is the true Christmas.
The Christ may make its presence known while we silently, fervently pray for guidance, comfort, wisdom, justice, or forgiveness. It may be borne into waiting thought in the silent hours of the night. Quite suddenly it may appear as we engage in business, prepare to serve dinner for an active family, or are jet-propelled along far-reaching skyways.
At times, especially times of self-renunciation and heartfelt longings, the Christ comes as an awe-inspiring revelation of God as divine Love active in one's own conscious being. Possibly it could be a sudden deep conviction that God, Spirit, is perfect and expresses perfection in everything and everyone He creates. One thing is certain: the moment a revelation of divine Truth rewards our earnest seeking, the blessed Christmas message has won its way into a gladdened heart. The Christ is appearing, and it's Christmastime!
