The words in this issue are related to the Lesson-Sermon in the CHRISTIAN SCIENCE QUARTERLY designated to be read in Christian Science churches on December 8, 1968.

The works of the Lord are great, sought out of all them that have pleasure therein (Ps. 111:2)

Moffatt suggests this rendering: "Great are the Eternal's doings, to be studied by all who delight in them." Smith offers a closely similar translation. The early Genevan version has, "The works of the Lord are great, and ought to be sought out of all them that love them."
