RADIO PROGRAM NO. 347 - Is a Better Life Just a Dream?

Questioner: There's been much discussion this year about a dream of a better life, a dream many of us share in one form or another.

To some of us, a better life may mean finding greater justice, dignity, and respect in our everyday living. But when our day-to-day existence falls short of our dreams, we feel that we have very little to be grateful for. Don't we have to learn to make the best of life as we find it and deal with it there?

Speaker: Well, we do deal with it right where we are, but do we have to accept it? Isn't there a great deal more to life than learning to cope with the thoughtless actions and the cruel words of others?
