Although I attended a Christian Science service in 1934, it has only been since May, 1960, that I have studied daily the Lesson-Sermon, which is provided for us in the Christian Science Quarterly, attended church, and had a Christian Science practitioner give me treatment.

A little while before that month, I noticed an irregularity in the beating of my heart. I was also experiencing aftereffects of a bad burn over a rather large surface of my leg. As a result of the first prayers of the practitioner these troubles disappeared. I have also been healed of an inflammation of the gums, intestinal pains, indigestion, and stomach trouble. A sore in my mouth was healed through the truths expressed at a Wednesday evening testimony meeting.

I am extremely thankful to God for Christ Jesus, for Mrs. Eddy, who gave us Christian Science, and for the practitioner who worked so devotedly and effectively for my well-being. I am privileged to have been a member of The Mother Church since 1961. I receive much help from the services of the various branch churches I attend.
