The words in this issue are related to the Lesson-Sermon in the CHRISTIAN SCIENCE QUARTERLY designated to be read in Christian Science churches on May 21, 1967.

My glory (Ps. 16:9)

Scholars contend that the original consonantal text of the Hebrew had KBDY (my soul or inner sense) which was inadvertently read as KBWDY (my glory). The Revised Standard Version has "my soul" and Smith, "my spirit."

He is my defence; I shall not be greatly moved (Ps. 62:2)
