THE WAY-SHOWER

Helen M. Childs

He mapped our path.
Although he knew the Way,
He trod the steps we need to know
from sense to Soul.

He proved the truth.
Although he knew it well
without a sign, he let it be
for us to see.

His upward steps
were climbed for us
by him who knew himself
at one with God, already reconciled.
