"Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer." So says the Psalmist (Ps. 19:14).
This testimony is written with great gratitude, not only for the physical healing it relates but for something of far greater importance, the disappearance of old landmarks. As Mrs. Eddy says on page 324 of Science and Health, "Gladness to leave the false landmarks and joy to see them disappear,—this disposition helps to precipitate the ultimate harmony."
For over forty years before turning to Christian Science, I was a practicing pharmacist, and that period included over eleven years of hospital experience; so the indoctrination of materia medica and therapeutics was complete.
