My gratitude is unbounded for the many blessings my study of Christian Science has brought me for the past fifty years.
My first healing was that of weak ankles. I was wearing elastic stockings for support. A girl who roomed in the same house as I did was a Christian Scientist, and I asked her if Science could help this situation, and, if so, if she would do some prayerful work for me.
She said she was not a practitioner listed in The Christian Science Journal, and immediately I asked her what difference that made. She smiled and said she would be glad to help me to know that God is man's only strength and support. At once I took off my elastic stockings, and never again did I have any reminder of weak ankles.
