I wish to express my gratitude for the many healings I have had through the study of Christian Science. I have been healed of food poisoning, a kidney infection, a goiter, hay fever, an intestinal difficulty, a virus infection, and many other conditions, the names of which I never knew.

"The act of yielding one's thoughts to the undue contemplation of physical wants or conditions induces those very conditions." This passage from page 413 of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy has always helped me to lift my thought above the physical condition. Psalm 56 has been of great help in overcoming fear. Addressing God, the Psalmist says (verse 3), "What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee."

I am very grateful to the practitioner who has stood by me when I have become fearful or discouraged. I love the peace and quiet of our Reading Rooms and wish to express my heartfelt thanks to those who contribute the comforting and inspiring articles found in The Christian Science Journal and in the Christian Science Sentinel.
