Good Thoughts Elevate Human Experience

For guidance in the present and for planning the future, mankind frequently draw upon past thoughts and deeds which are stored in memory.

A family or a nation may pool their resources and record them in general terms, but no two people and no two nations will ever come up with the same answers. How different, for example, were the lives of Christ Jesus' followers!

Today the members of a congregation in a Christian Science church all hear the same citations read, as the inspiring message of the Lesson-Sermon in the Christian Science Quarterly unfolds. Yet each individual in the congregation responds in his own way to the holy, healing thoughts that are read from the Bible and from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy.
