Nancy Demonstrates the Truth
[Of Special Interest to Juniors]
Tonight was to be open house at Nancy's school. Her class had been working for many weeks on a space project which covered one wall of the classroom. Papier-mache models of the planets had been made and fastened to a black background. Each student had also prepared a project of his own. Nancy planned to exhibit her rock collection.
Everyone in the class had been looking forward to open house, for on that evening the parents were all invited to come and see what the pupils had done. It was always fun to share schoolwork with the family. But in the morning Nancy awakened with a headache and did not feel able to go to school.
When Mother came into her room to tell her that breakfast was ready, she found Nancy still in bed.
