Christian Science was presented to me many years ago by my brother. At the time I was not ready for it. However, the seed had been sown, and when Science was again presented to me, about twenty years ago, a friend who told me it would surely help me to be freed from want, I decided to try it.

I read Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy and found that here, at last, was the truth I had been looking for. One thing in particular struck me: when I had read the Bible previously, it had always seemed to me unjust that people who lived in Jesus' time, yet did not have the opportunity to cross his path, should have been debarred from healing. Now I understand that to those who looked for spiritual unfoldment and were ready for it, an opportunity always came.

My life has been greatly changed by my study of Christian Science. When I began to study, I was earning barely enough to live on. Since then my need has been constantly met, and my employment has greatly improved.
