I am extremely grateful for all the blessings that Christian Science has brought to me and my family. Both my maternal and paternal grandparents became interested in this religion many years ago. I have attended Sunday School since an early age and have been a member of The Mother Church since the age of twelve.

I have had many healings throughout my childhood and early teens. Most of the healings have been brought about through the help of both parents and devoted Christian Science practitioners.

At one time in my experience I had an important examination to take to enable me to go to an English public school. I had a great deal of fear about this examination, but it was pointed out to me that there is only one Mind. A passage from our textbook. Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, helped me enormously. It is the definition of God on page 587, which reads. "The great I am; the all-knowing, all-seeing, all-acting, all-wise, all-loving, and eternal; Principle; Mind; Soul; Spirit; Life; Truth; Love; all; substance; intelligence." This really brought out to me the allness of God's power. I am grateful to say that I passed into the desired school.
