Joyously and with a heart filled with gratitude, I should like to testify herewith to all the blessings and healings I have had through Christian Science during the last fifteen years.

At the age of five I began to suffer from a skin eruption which caused me great difficulty, especially in winter. My parents took me to various doctors, but without any success whatever, for I remained weak and sickly. When I was thirty-two, severe liver and gallbladder trouble set in, and the attending physician advised me to have an operation. He could give me no guarantee of healing. As my husband was fundamentally opposed to an operation, I refrained from it.

When I was again in bed, discouraged and miserable after another attack, a friend of mine and her husband visited us and recommended that we try Christian Science. My husband and I consented at once, for we both had a deep faith in God. The same evening, at my request, my friend wrote to a practitioner, through whose prayerful work she had experienced a remarkable healing, and requested treatment for me.
