Christian Science has brought...
Christian Science has brought joy and healing to my experience since early childhood. My mother reached out to it when I was suffering from a so-called children's disease. My immediate healing proved the effectiveness of this religion, and she became an earnest student of Science and enrolled my sisters and me in a Christian Science Sunday School. The truths that I learned there and at home gave me a wonderful foundation upon which to stand when I went away to school and later when I married and became a mother myself.
I am grateful for the harmonious births of our three children. In each case, with the help of a Christian Science practitioner, I relied completely upon Science throughout the pregnancy and the delivery.
Through the active study of the King James Version of the Bible and of the textbook by our Leader as well as the weekly Lesson-Sermons from these books, outlined in the Quarterly. I have proven the practicality of this religion over and over again.
