"Let the redeemed of the Lord...

"Let the redeemed of the Lord say so whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy" (Ps. 107:2). So many blessings have been bestowed upon me as the result of dependence on Christian Science for healing that I cannot withhold saying so any longer. Truly I have been "redeemed from the hand of the enemy."

At one time I began to have mild heart attacks, and on each occasion I endeavored to realize that they were no part of my real being as a child of God, but they kept recurring. I became quite fearful, and one evening during a severe attack I was losing consciousness, so my daughter called a Christian Science practitioner. So effective was her work that within minutes I was restored to a normal, sound condition of health, completely free from fear.

So thorough was her work in this case that I left home the next week to attend a six-week summer session at college. The room which I occupied while there was on the third floor of the building, and there was no elevator. In addition, two of the classrooms at college were on the second floor, and the many blocks of walking to reach the college included several steep hills; but I experienced no difficulty whatever, although previously I had had to stop and rest frequently when walking up even a slight grade.
