The power and presence of God were revealed and demonstrated in an understandable and practical form by our beloved Leader, Mary Baker Eddy. For this revelation and demonstration, I am deeply and humbly Grateful.

Christian Science has protected and sustained me through many trials. Through the experiences of boyhood, college days, athletics, military service, and business, it has been a constant companion. At times of great testing of my faith and my understanding of God, divine Principle, Christian Science enabled me to feel the warmth of His love and the power of His truth. The healing most important to me was one that changed my entire concept of life.

It was through a business transaction in which I appeared to be the victim of false statements and actions. Much human sympathy was expressed by associates and friends, but I knew that God's law needed to be expressed and the truth brought to the surface where it could be seen by all.
