One of my first healings in Christian Science was that of an unsightly skin disease on my face. The healing was accomplished after years of consecrated work and much purification of thought.

A study of the Beatitudes (see Matt. 5:3-12) was a constant help and blessing. The casting out of resentment and a right adjustment of human relationships were factors of great importance in this demonstration.

About twenty years ago I was healed of an internal difficulty. I called on a consecrated practitioner, whose faithful work brought about the elimination of a growth, I was able to return to my work in about three weeks. For this I am profoundly grateful.
