A testimony of gratitude for...
A testimony of gratitude for all the blessings I have received through the study and application of the truths of Christian Science is long overdue. More than thirty years ago I heard of this Science, but from people who had no belief in it and expressed antagonism to it.
One day, later on, I met an acquaintance in a café, and in the course of conversation she arranged to visit me. During her visit she told me she had been healed in three months of a disease considered to be malignant which doctors had told her would necessitate an immediate operation.
I was much impressed by this; so the next day I telephoned a neighbor whom I knew to be a student of Christian Science and asked her if I might accompany her to the next Wednesday evening testimony meeting. At that meeting I felt such an enfoldment of God's love that words just cannot describe it. From then on, I turned wholeheartedly to what I believed Science held out to me.
