Because my parents were students of Christian Science, I was reared in a home where this religion was relied on entirely.
A severe attack of abdominal pain was healed in a matter of hours. Another time a call to a practitioner resulted in instantaneous relief from sinus pain, and I never had another attack.
When I was graduated from high school, there was apparently no money at all for college, yet I wanted to go and managed to get a position for the summer. I spent every evening in my room studying Christian Science and praying for guidance.
