Love Is the Shepherd of All
[Of Special Interest to Children]
One day Amy came running into the house to ask her mother to help her find a ball which was lost in some tall grass. She and her playmates had looked a long time and could not find it.
Amy went to a Christian Science Sunday School and understood that her toys and all good things were given to her as an expression of God's love. She knew that expressions of love cannot he outside Love's care.
Instead of going out to help Amy find the ball, her mother said, "Let's see what our 'Shepherd' hymn says." This is the name Amy had given to her favorite hymn written by Mrs. Eddy and entitled, "'Feed My Sheep.'"
