The Omnipotence of Good
"Wherever God is, there power is, and this power of good is ours to prove"
Christian Science teaches that God is all power and that God is good. This definition of God is entirely consistent with the statement of the Apostle Paul, who averred of God, "He is before all things, and by him all things consist" (Col. 1:17). On page 587 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, gives a spiritually comprehensive definition of "good" as, "God; Spirit; omnipotence; omniscience; omnipresence; omni-action."
