THE ANGEL MESSAGE
The
heavy problem seemed to grow and grow.
I strove to gain the truth, to realize
The ever-present love of God, to know
My own perfection.
As the thunder dies.
It disappeared, my little piece of hell:
For suddenly, the words came clear and true;
They came from God: I felt my heart arise.
It seemed as it it sang out like a bell.
The words, the thought which came, were,
"I love you."
